Create, manage, and promote events for your organization.

Creating an Event

Navigate to Events > Create Event in the admin portal. Fill in the following details:

Basic Information

  • Title — The name of your event
  • Description — A rich-text description shown on the event page
  • Date & Time — Start and end times (uses your organization's timezone)
  • Location — Physical address or virtual meeting link

Registration Settings

  • Capacity — Maximum number of attendees (leave blank for unlimited)
  • Registration Deadline — When registration closes
  • Waitlist — Enable to allow signups after capacity is reached

Managing Registrations

View and manage registrations from the event detail page. You can:

  • Export attendee lists to CSV
  • Send bulk emails to registrants
  • Check in attendees at the door
  • Process refunds for cancellations

Event Analytics

After your event, view analytics including:

  • Registration vs. attendance rates
  • Revenue collected
  • Attendee feedback (if surveys are enabled)
